How much does Sanitas health insurance cost in Mallorca?

Add each person with their age and you'll see straight away the price of Más Salud in its three versions, Sanitas Residents and, for anyone aged 60 or over, Único. You pay a little each time you use it (€4 to €15 per service, depending on how many you have used that year).
Your first 6 services each year cost nothing; after that, €4 to €10. Capped at €360 a year per person.

Sanitas Residents · full cover for people who moved here

Hospital stays, surgery, specialists and tests with no copays. Some services have waiting periods (hospital stays and major surgery: 10 months). Pay monthly, or yearly with 4% off.

How the price is worked out

Each person pays according to their age band. The number of people on the policy decides which table applies: in Más Salud, one person, two or three, or four or more (that table is already 10% lower); in Residents, one, two, three, or four or more. Único has one price per person from age 60. Residents, according to the Sanitas rate card, takes new policies up to age 64. I add the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros surcharge (0.15%).

Residents for visas can only be paid every six months or yearly, so its monthly figure is an equivalent for comparing. The price is not guaranteed until Sanitas accepts the application, after the health questionnaire where the product has one. More detail in the transparency policy.
